Premiere Chocolate Experience

A Journey Through Chocolate Styles

About this experience

Our Premiere Chocolate Experience is a great way to experience chocolates styles. Guests join us in our upstairs tasting room beginning with a charcuterie board that includes brittles, chocolate and our famous cocoa nib covered goat cheese while one of our chocolatier staff walks you through the process of making chocolate and provides an elevated tour of the factory through floor to ceiling windows. Groups then enjoy a flight of chocolate over an approximately 60-minute tasting experience. Wine is available for purchase at our tasting bar.

Tickets can be purchased individually for two or more (minimum reservation is for a party of 2), or the entire time slot can be booked for private groups with a minimum of 6 participants.

Fantastic Chocolate Experience

Dan and his team made this experience over the top special. He has an in-depth knowledge of chocolate and it’s history- both international and local (US) and the perfect way of sharing it withparticipants. Because the conversation was interactive, all of our questions were answered. The chocolate tasting boards were top notch and the perfect blend of traditional and artisan chocolates. We are planning another trip bringing a larger group as the experience appeals to a wide range of tastes. This is an authentic, quality experience and is a Fredericksburg do not miss.

Thank you so much for the awesome review! We really enjoyed your visit and look forward to your “re-visit”! We love making people happy and sharing our love of wine and chocolate.

Great experience

The staff and owners of Hill Country Chocolate was so pleasant and accommodating. The tour of the place and tasting samplings along with a history of chocolate making was fantastic. This place is on our to go place when we visit Fredricksburgh.
