Highlighted by Texas Monthly, our Premiere Wine & Chocolate Experience is truly unique and unforgettable. Guests join us in our upstairs tasting room, beginning with sparkling wine and a charcuterie board with brittles, chocolate, and our famous cocoa nib-covered goat cheese. At the same time, one of our chocolatier staff walks you through the process of making chocolate and provides an elevated tour of the factory through floor-to-ceiling windows. Groups then enjoy wine from DKM Cellars, chocolate, and multiple confections over an approximately 90-minute tasting experience.
Tasting tickets can be purchased individually for two or more (minimum reservation is for parties of two), or the time slot can be booked for private groups with a minimum of 6 participants.
