There is something magical about the pairing of sparkling wine and chocolate - especially chocolate bonbons! In this 1-hour tasting experience, one of our chocolatier somms will walk you through a slate of our artisanal hand-crafted bonbons and your favorite sparkling wine. Choose between a glass of our Sonoma County California Brut Sparkling Wine or our highly rated Italian Moscato d'Asti from Piedmont - or don't choose at all and enjoy a flight! Our chocolatiers will curate a selection of our beautifully decorated truffle-like bonbons and some of our European-style gianduja. This is in our unique tasting room that overlooks our modern chocolate factory in the heart of the Texas Hill Country wine region.
Tasting tickets can be purchased individually for two or more (minimum reservation is for parties of two), or the time slot can be booked for private groups with a minimum of 6 participants.
