The 290 Bar: 56% DARK CHOCOLATE, Tumaco, Columbia
With notes of whiskey, caramel, and molasses, this dark chocolate is made from cacao that is harvested from southern Columbia. Hand-sorted and centrally fermented, this focus on detail creates perfect eating chocolate.
The Admiral Bar: 70% DARK CHOCOLATE, SEMULIKI FOREST, UGANDA
Semuliki Forest cacao is grown by a few small organic farmers – 52% of which are women – in Western Uganda. This chocolate has unique notes of rich chocolate ganache, figs, and red bean paste and is a characteristic dark chocolate bar perfect for snacking after dinner.
The Blanco Bar: WHITE CHOCOLATE, Peru
Rich and flavorful, this chocolate is made with a traditional stone melanger to create creamy and satisfying white chocolate.
