This collection contains one of our most beloved confections - Coffee and Okinawa Black Sugar. This beautiful chocolate ganache begins with a cold brew coffee cream. It is combined with a drop of Okinawa black sugar that has been concentrated and placed as a pearl in this artisanal hand-painted bonbon. The combination of the astringent coffee with the hit of brown sugar is beautiful.
