Planning Your Corporate Event

Location

Hill Country Chocolate, 144 Industrial, Loop, Fredericksburg, Texas 78624. Our facility is in the heart of Texas Wine Country — approximately 90 minutes from Austin, 90 minutes from San Antonio, and 4 hours from Dallas, Houston, and Fort Worth. Many corporate groups combine their visit with wine tastings along Highway 290.

Group Sizes

Our intimate setting accommodates up to 10 guests per session. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple sessions throughout the day — ensuring every participant gets the personal, hands-on experience.

Timing & Availability

Corporate events are booked by appointment and can be scheduled on most days of the week. We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure your preferred date.

Day Trip or Overnight

Many Dallas, Houston, and Fort Worth groups make a day of it — arriving mid-morning, enjoying the experience, then exploring Fredericksburg's Main Street shops and tasting rooms before heading home. San Antonio and Austin groups often make it a half-day outing. For overnight stays, Fredericksburg offers over 400 guest houses, boutique hotels, and B&Bs.
