Cremino

This is the epitome of indulgence! This three layer laminated ganache showcases the bold and creamy flavors of Hazelnuts and premium chocolate.  Our Hazelnut Praline is made right here in our Fredericksburg factory that sits in the center of the Texas Hill Country and begins with a long roast of Hazelnuts, a fresh batch of almost burnt caramel and lots of time in our stone melanger! The result is this wonderfully smooth and ultra nutty praline that we them use in two out of the three layers of our Cremino. The Cremino is of course, fantastic on its own, but is truly at its finest when paired with a sparkling beverage!
